Terrain+ Road¶
Better overview in the table for special grading¶
In the drop-down list for layers in the road superstructure, a + sign now indicates which layers contain data. This makes it easier to see which layers have content, without opening each layer individually.
Real-time preview of label changes in cross sections¶
When you work with labels in a cross section, the view updates continuously while you make changes in the dialog. This lets you see the result immediately and adjust annotations more quickly, without closing the dialog to check the result.
Snap to grid and centerline point in cross sections¶
It is now possible to snap directly to the grid and to the centerline's 0-point in cross sections. This makes it easier to digitize geometry and create guide lines accurately in the cross section, without the need for temporary or dummy geometry.
Improved grip editing of vertical curvature¶
You can now edit radii in vertical curves directly with grips in the longitudinal section. This makes it easier to adjust the radii visually and adapt the vertical curvature more effectively to terrain and other layers in the longitudinal section.
Improved point highlighting in the longitudinal section¶
Point highlighting now uses pixel-based sizes both when drawing longitudinal sections and during regular line editing. The highlighting scales with screen resolution, so it also works well on 4K screens, and is adapted to different types of dynamic editing for a cleaner and more visually consistent result.
Preview in advanced settings for mass types¶
You can now see the result of changes in advanced settings for mass types directly in the cross section. This makes it easier to adjust the settings and immediately verify how they affect the mass definition.
Preview for label dialog¶
Changes to the label layout now update the cross-section view in real time, so changes can be seen directly without closing the dialog.
Improved labeling for "Difference between layers" in cross sections¶
The Difference between layers label now supports offset. This reduces overlapping labels and makes them easier to read in the cross section.
New property in the Properties list: Calculated mass¶
When 2D and 3D mass types are selected, a new property is now shown in the Properties list: Calculated mass. This displays the calculated mass directly, without correction for scale or unit.
